We attend the property, measure scope, document substrate condition and confirm access windows.
2. Written bid
Line-item pricing by area and trade, product data sheets, inclusions and exclusions — no vague lump sums.
3. Mobilization
Pre-start meeting, site protection plan, WHMIS and safety documentation delivered before day one.
4. Phased execution
Nights, weekends or floor-by-floor phasing so your operation keeps running.
5. Sign-off
Deficiency walk with your rep, punch list closed out, warranty documentation issued.

Certificates are issued with every bid package and can be named to your property or management company on request.
